Being a podcast guest is one of the ways I help people move from postural and foot pain into a place where they can continue to be active without the pain.

I have had the pleasure to appear as a guest on a dozen podcasts over the last few years. I'm always honoured to speak as a subject matter expert about the interconnectedness of the body, posture and breathing, foot health, how to recover from injuries, and how to move better overall.
